A lot of my funny life stories seem to come from working out at LA Fitness and the other day was no exception. The locker rooms have nice tables updated and sleek, but the other day I found no room to sit down on the table to change anything.
One man had littered his racket ball supplies and clothing from one end of the table to the other. That’s right one man. I could not help myself. I looked at him and said, “Let me guess, you were an only child and you’re single right now,” His eyes widened and he said, “How could you possible know that?” I said it’s what I do for a living.
And I moved on to another section of the locker room. For today, let’s be respectful of others – kind, generous, giving and thoughtful. There is plenty of room for all of us “at the table” and it’s ok to share and be respectful of others. Regardless of others actions or reactions, I will remain benevolent, loving and kind.
