TGIWednesday: What’s in a name?

These are samples of what others say to me.  I don’t bother correcting them any more.  Maybe they’re taking 5 psych meds or just had their 10th Covid booster.  The point is – Churchill said, “If I have to stop and throw a rock at every barking dog, I’ll never accomplish my mission.” 🐕

So much of our lives, especially the mundane and the inane, have to be released and let go of now.  So many things have no meaning and won’t ever matter.  Just as important, we’ll never remember them or their names.  Do your level best to stay on track and make a little daily progress. 🛤️

[overthinking about how to make it through today. Sadness and sorrow about the world we live in, any issues with finances, debt, family, children/grandchildren, work job/career/ relatives and relationships any and all mental illness, OCD, ADD, ADHD, addictions Rx meds etc]

3) Future

Please release from my mind______

[overthinking about money and outliving what I have. Catastrophic health issues, things that keep me up at night, wars, the dark parade of the unimaginable, aging and hauntings/dark energies. And any other worry that comes into your awareness about the future]
