When I was a little shaver, I’d walk down to the dock near our home and spend time fishing 🎣. I remember being frustrated when I’d fish in the cracks of the wood piling floor of the dock pulling fish 🐡 up through the cracks. Often they were too big and I got so frustrated 😣 that I couldn’t get them through the gaps in the wood to land them on the dock. So my choices were to catch smaller fish (because of the blocks and weaknesses in my plan), or move fishing spots.
Think about your abundance plan for this new year and whether or not you need to change things up! We all need to come to terms with where we’re at before change can take place. But oftentimes I hear clients during sessions arguing for their negatives. “That supplement tasted funny so I stopped taking it.” “I don’t feel like exercising and it’s too hard to eat clean.” are my favorites, or “I always forget to drink more water.” Choosing those thoughts will only keep you stuck!
Find the upside and the positive and lean into that. 🙂 If you’re anchored⚓ at a fishing spot that isn’t producing abundance, it’s ok to change your thoughts, words and deeds to mix things up and sail ⛵ in a new direction!
