Every day when I speak with clients worldwide, I hear similar comments about not knowing the wording or what to say or how to say it to be effective with fishing. I always tell folks use your own organic words. I might say, “I have a headache”, someone else might say, “I have a migraine or my head is killing me, or my head is throbbing”. Your word tracks are like snowflakes and are unique to you! Use them.
Sit for a moment and the vernacular you use will bubble to the surface. It’s also helpful to re-read the words you wrote to another via email or text about a situation or issue. Run with that, test those words as statements, and clear them. Do not worry about how someone else might say or do it or describe it. Do you. Work on you. And utilize the language, word tracks and the statements that are coming to the surface that are unique to only you!
As you read this now, I see you taking an internal deep dive with an allowance for miracles to rise to the surface knowing that you can, you will, you must endure. That you’re not a rambling hot mess, you are and can be a meaningful achiever. Let’s do this!
