| In keeping with this whole month’s theme of Family (which sometimes can be an acronym for F’d up And Mainly Interested in Limiting You) We’re going to explore Dad energy. Most any man can “father” a child but being called a "Dad" is earned. So whether you had a great dad or non existent. Do the best you and NOW with what you have!
My relationship was “complicated” (I am trying to be nice her 😉 and seemed more like a competition rather than a father son relationship. Now I make every effort to remember only the good times and I FULLY credit my father for instilling in me his work ethic of
GO x 10.
So for today, take pause to honor the father figure in your life even if that is your brother, uncle or God energy itself. It is all part of ying/yang and life balance – and cherry pick the best that you can from all of it and release the rest! |
