So let’s make embracing, giving and receiving more love our positive change for this month!
When I was in highschool, I could have been doing math homework and my father would slam the front door 🚪 and holler 🗣️ “play time’s over!” He was what we would call an acquired taste. But he taught me self-discipline, strong work ethic and self reliance, all of which circle back to the act of determination and cultivating self-love. 👨
My mother, by contrast, would wear an apron and cook and clean all day. Remember that movie The Help? 👩She was like that woman that would say phrases like, “You are smart and you are special and you can achieve anything you put your focus on.” Clearly I am more like my mother. 😉👍 Oh and I can’t forget, that’s also in addition to the fact that she was wildly intuitive too!🧚♀️
