The “pretend clinic” is what I call if you’re trying to keep up with the Jones’ and being someone you’re not. They provide botox , facials and plastic surgery and we have one within sight of my home. My girlfriend got their flyer and their pricing for facials and botox and treatments was double what other clinics charge and I wondered why??
Saturday 7am a big black truck rig pulled up through the tiny alley area and started mowing , edging, blowers and clean ups on their lawn the size of a small golf putting green.
On Monday afternoon an older “regular Joe” with a small red truck and trailer filled with lawn equipment did the same thing.
On Wednesday morning a teenage kid in a white 4-door pickup truck pulled up, double parked and mowed , edged and blew off the debris and did all the same areas as the other two all within 5 days of one another. No wonder a facial is so pricey!!! These folks are paying 3 lawn care services !

As January 1st, 15 minute sessions are now $48 and the half hour fee is $78. Comparatively… my mentors charged $300 for 25 minutes and $600-$1100 per hour, but we like to keep things reasonable for everyone. Thanks for your continued support!
