I’d visit her in her blue colored room where she watched TV and I’d jokingly say, “Part of today’s assignment…..” only to witness her snap her neck around and with a scowl say, “There will be no assignments today!”
My acupuncturist friend in Tampa, Dr. Charla Tempone, always said, “I believe this time of year we feel like hibernating and it’s ok to lay around, drink hot cocoa and watch movies back to back”. So be gentle with yourself and treat yourself with the same kindness you’d like to extend to others.
It’s been a heck of a year – up, down and sideways like a lava lamp and we should all look forward to 2026 the Year of the Horse! Let’s set a course for needed changes and file a float plan as the sea captains would do! It could make 2026 the best year thus far!

2026 SESSION FEE UPDATES
Please note that fees have not been raised for over 6 years and we’re merely adjusting them to cover billing and credit card costs.
Therefore, as of January 1st, a 15 minute session will now be $48 instead of $45 and the half hour will be $78 instead of $75. My mentors charged $300 for 25 minutes and $600-$1100 per hour.
We have been so busy that we are no longer offering one-hour sessions and are focusing on booking more clients with shorter sessions. Thanks for your continued support!

My daughter picked up a stomach bug (I suspect norovirus and it muscle-tested positive). I decided to do my best to “fish the files”.I tapped into the field, used muscle testing to work through it all, and worked on my son and myself too to unhook it from our fields. As of right now, my son and I are symptom free.
My daughter is feeling better, and we are focusing on re-hydrating today.
