October focuses on the Fall season, and fables that may seem a little frightening but turn out fine.
After playing with the silver surfer cat upstairs, my girlfriend came into my room pale as a ghost and stammered that someone was knocking on the upstairs window 3 times in a row. Both she and the cat went to the window to see if there was anything out there. Nothing but darkness.
They laid down on the bed again playing with a cat toy. A few minutes went by. Three more knocks, 3 minutes went by and there were 3 more each series getting louder. I said, “Honey you’re in my brother Kevin’s old room and he’s just messing with you!”
Kevin was tall and looked like Tom Cruise and he was a real prankster who would hide your car keys and then help you look for them. He was the poster child example for why not to do drugs 𖠞༄ and alcohol and he OD’d upstairs in our family home at 28 . My parents never recovered from the event. But I’ll see him on occasion especially if someone is in a session with me and saying they don’t do drugs or alcohol “that often” and I’ll catch a glimpse of Kevin behind them laughing . “That’s not what Spirit is whispering to me.” I’ll say with a smile.
Stay safe out there during the holiday season and be open to the unusual, the different and what is showing up from Spirit as an encouraging sign to stay in the natural flow of life!

Head-scratchers Corner: Unpackaging something nowadays.
The other day I received a supplement in a box, I opened the box to find another box that was covered in cellophane. Que the Mission Impossible theme intro. After using a knife to get the cellophane off, I took out the bottle taped up with bubble wrap. After removing that there was a collar around the top of the lid. I used a knife and needle nose pliers, after getting that off there was a glued on plastic barrier, after that there was a wad of cotton. Really folks, it can’t just be me noticing how kookie it’s gotten.
