Today is the Christian celebration of All Saints Day or the “Feast of All Saints” honoring all the saints, known and unknown. It stems from a belief that there is a powerful spiritual bond between those in heaven and the living. Well you don’t have to tell me that ….. I live that truth each and every day that I “fish” with my clients and watch them sway front and back being pulled by spirit as they delete out weakness and download strength.

It is safe and comfortable for me to make progress every day. I will balance life, work and family even during the noise of the holidays. I will pace myself, stay hydrated, within my sleep cycle and within my diet cycle. I will acknowledge everyone with kindness and love and remain meditative in my thoughts of how lucky and blessed that I am that I can hear, see or read this now and so it is across all time lines and in all languages.
