I am safe and comfortable regardless of the season. I welcome the seasons changing and with it, I know that I am changing for the better. I know that every day in every way, I am adapting to changing seasons and change in general. I accept the seasons as they change and I look forward to each day as if it were both a holiday and a blessed gift. I am receiving this in all languages and across all timelines. And so it is.

“I received your reminder that the healing was to take place at midnight. Did I remember? Hell no! I watched The 11th Hour–one of my favorites. It was over at midnight. Let my dog out to potty. Gave the feral cats on the back porch a treat. Decided I was hungry so made a piece of toast. Went to bed to finish reading my Time magazine. About 1:30am, I shut off my light and relaxed on my stomach. That’s when it happened.
My feet started feeling hot (they are always cold). Then I felt a warm wave flooding over me. Suddenly it dawned on me that I was receiving my healing. Energy settled for a time in my throat (smoker for 67 yrs.).Next my gums became engaged (the few teeth left are not very good). Sinuses got a treatment and then the eye sockets felt warm (eye exam coming Wed.). Funny, my brain seemed to enlarge and grow heavy. Haven’t a clue but it didn’t push the temples out which I feared it might.
The clock said 2 a.m. Yes, I felt the healing. I thank you for a very special birthday present. Relaxed all over but couldn’t shut off and go to sleep so I didn’t have a big bunch of energy the next day. Soon…I’m sure of it. At least the healing waited for me. What a stupid, forgetful old lady!”
