TGIWednesday… what’s your favorite number?

He did not know me or what it is that I do, but he seemed like he wanted a deeper answer where there was none.  Often the simpler the better as one of my mentors always said.  This bear of an Australian man droned on and on about how the USA was the greatest country in the world, how important working out was and how vital it is to be in motion, stay hydrated and on and on he went unsolicited.
