The “horn of plenty,” also known as the cornucopia (an abundant supply of good things) is a symbol of abundance, nourishment and prosperity originating from classical mythology. It is typically depicted as a twisted horn overflowing with flowers, fruits , and grains representing an endless bounty.
Today it includes seasonal decorations, particularly as a centerpiece for Thanksgiving , and as a figurative term for an abundant supply of all good things!! A favorite meme during this season is “Someone asked me recently if I had plans for the Fall and I thought they were talking about the fall of civilization, but I realized they meant Autumn”.
With the close of Halloween season and a full moon tonight, it’ll be another year before we have to deal with trick or treaters! And just like that, we turned back the clocks and we fell into Autumn and now we give thanks with an attitude of gratitude.
This month’s focus will be the cornucopia and the horn of good plenty, prosperity, abundance and having an attitude of gratitude as the catalyst for change and manifestation. So stay tuned for more as we launch into all things abundant; giving thanks for what we had, have now and hope to obtain in the future!
