| Wow, we survived another hurricane and thanks to those that helped/divert it/through prayer and intentions – we knocked it down to a tropical storm. Now we’re dealing with red tide killing fish and hampering our breathing. Often it could be forest fires out west, severe summer weather in the Northeast. Take your pick, as there are days it feels like everyone’s stuff is seeping in and coming at us from all angles without the angels.
If you’re reading this, your probably empathic and actually care or often overly care about others and it’s hard sometimes to know what is ours and what is someone else’s. If you need a session to figure it out, reach out any time and or learn to fish for yourself!

I believe, think, know and feel that I can let go empathically of what is my stuff and release taking on other people’s stuff. I know, when, where, how and why to just let go even if for the summer, I will let issues wash over me and return to the ethereal sea!
