Make every effort to get out of your head even for a while, I believe it does us a world of good. Repetitive action just creates habits, that become traits and then blend into our personality. So I don’t even drink out of the same coffee mug in the morning or take any particular route to the gym! Mix it up. Shake up your routine and you may be pleasantly surprised at your attitude of gratitude and what can show up next.

Daily I look for fun in the little tiny things, even kitty cat belly rubs, an unusual bird in the tree or a classic car at the stoplight that brings back fond memories of my youth! So today and this week, mix things up and look to have more fun. (…even as I write this tonight I am looking forward to Bravo’s TV Show “Below Deck” I know I know, but isn’t that a vacation in and of itself? It’s just plain silly gorgeous fun and the scenery is amazing!)

Just for today I will engage in more fun. I believe, think, know and feel that I can have more fun with child-like abandon. I am ready, willing and able to let go of my worries and overthinking, replacing them with FUN. I know, when, where how and why to day dream, to escape even for an afternoon and enjoy myself. I am asking for spirit to show me the simple way in all languages and throughout all time lines and so it is.
