When things get rough, I go back to the basics of forgiveness even of myself as well as others and adopt an attitude of gratitude about any and everything without question we are stardust and twinkles of energy and we can also co-create miracles together.  Know this and lean into it and I am declaring that you’ve received this today and know on a deeper level that you are blessed, a prize of high value, cherished and loved while being held in the palm of God’s hand!

• I was abandoned by both parents and can’t connect with others
• Mental, physical, and emotional abuse has been carried on for generations in families
• To release all issues of being the first born and being responsible for younger siblings.
